The 5 "W's" of Preferred Dental Plan

• Who is eligible?
  
  CCDP Preferred Dental Care is available to everyone. CCDP offers programs for individuals and families, groups and non-groups.  At CCDP, we know that the definition of "family" is ever-changing... that is why our Family Plan includes all Members of your household.  Additionally, there are no age limits or pre-existing condition limitations.  For just pennies a day, you can be confident that your entire household will have access to affordable dental care when they need it.
   
• What are the benefits?
  
  CCDP Preferred Dental Care is a dental referral plan which allows Members to receive significantly reduced fees when they visit a participating dentist.  Member's receive dental care from a dentist or specialist selected by the Member from a list of participating dentists and specialists. Members will be charged 20% - 60% below the usual and customary fees for the services performed by the participating provider.
   
• When may I visit the Dentist?
  
  Members are eligible for benefits as soon as their application and payment is received and processed by the CCDP office.  There is no maximum usage limitations in the preferred dental care plan, so Members may visit a participating dentist as often as necessary.  CCDP discounts will apply as long as an individual's membership is effective.
   
• Why is Preferred Dental Care Better?
  
  Unlike traditional dental insurance and pre-payment plans, the CCDP offers choice, convenience and ease of use.  CCDP has no deductibles for claims forms, and offers a large panel of local dentists and specialists from which Members may choose.  Best of all... Members retain the personal attention offered by dentists in private practice.
   
• Where Do I Receive Discounts?
  
  Members receive discounts from all participating dentists and specialists. Participating dentists agree to provide discounts based upon the cost savings they receive from reduced insurance paperwork, low billing costs, fewer accounts receivable, and higher volume referrals.  The CCDP is a win-win alternative for everyone!
